Ben got into real estate in 2002, on the other side of the table. Before he ever held a license he spent four years working for a homebuilder in South Texas, learning how builders price homes, what they will fix, and where they will move. He earned his license in 2007, moved to Austin in 2010, and spent one more year on the builder side. Five years in total.

 

Most agents never get that education. It goes to work for you every time you walk into a new construction sales office.

 

When you call, you get Ben. Not an assistant. Not whoever happens to be on duty.

 

LETY HAS BEEN A NURSE FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS

 

She grew up in Roswell, New Mexico, one of four daughters. Both of her parents were nurses. She knew early what she wanted to do.

 

She earned her nursing degree, then went further and finished her bachelor’s in nursing at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. She has cared for patients for more than twenty years. She still does.

 

Then one day we had a conversation. She could see that what she was good at was exactly what our business needed. The details. The follow-through. Staying calm when something goes wrong. So she got her real estate license.

 

Today she does both. She still works as a nurse, and she runs everything behind the scenes here. Contracts, deadlines, paperwork, and the forty small things that quietly sink a deal when nobody is watching them.

 

You will not be waiting on Lety to return a call. That is Ben’s job. Her work happens in the background, which is exactly where it belongs.

 

Buying a home is not surgery. But it is one of the most stressful things most people ever do. It helps to have someone on your side who has spent her career keeping people calm and keeping track of what matters.
